Upgrade not taking effect

Just bought cheaper infantries, and even though I've played 2 games, as well as logged out and in twice since then, it hasn't taken effect.
In-game, my infantries cost 60 with PD strat on, when they should be 50. And its not just a display bug, on purchasing one, 60 cost was deducted from my starting fund.
However, checking the units menu shows this: as it should be.
I've never had this problem with any other upgrade (bar when I bought faster infantry for which I had to log out-log in to get that +1 range. As said above, I already tried the same thing, with no effect).
Please help.

I have just checked your upgrades and it appears 'Expendable Ground Main Defence' has already been added.
Have you tried clearing cookies and the cache also?

I had, and there was no effect then. Now I logged back in after a couple of hours, and its working fine. Thanks
