Capitan's Mode for Sc players

In Scenario maps like ww1,ww2 or in any other map there should be an option to ban Strategy for players .
1) Just like host there should be a team captain that team decides and then captain with his allies ban strategy for his rival like,
captain bans pd for "Russ", then from another captain bans pd for "west Germany" , then opposite captain bans imp for "AH" just like that , even when players switch nation the banning of strategy goes re-ban the player that was disconnected.
this will be fun and and could be more comp.
2) Host cannot even start a game when the Ban phase not finished.

Naa this is something more intresting how can we play 1 thing again and again , there should be modification made in maps and games with time

Don't like strats? just pick no strats option...
if u don't have prem to host then that's not our problem.

Did I said something about prem, non prem ?
I said we should add another option in a game in which you can ban 1 strat of a country - this will chane whole scen and It would be different play from a regular ones.

Naa you can ban 1 strat of enemy too ,if you are captain of your team

There are a billion things in the game that need fixing before we have time for time-consuming, possibly worthless "features" like this.

Banning strategies limits the posibilities forcing people to share acommon plan.
Some people just do better when follow their own plan resulting in a winning for the rest of his team.
I saw many games with a pro rusia or west germany in the war to end all war winning the game for other
If we limit strategies we will limits n000bs to fail but also pro ones
