Sky Menace questions.

I dont have Sky Menace nor Stealth Planes , and I was considering getting SP for Stealth Planes first , then Sky Menace , but folks 've been telling me that with Sky Menace I'll get Stealth Planes without spending SP with it.

Is it true ?

It is, stealth plane upgrade should be among the very last upgrades youll buy as theyre largely useless except when using mos or sm. and when using those strats you get them free.

even as sm though, i wouldrarely use stealth planes, unless id a lot of spare money.

Dont, never, ever buy Stealths upgrade. It's the worst 20k you can even spend. Id say even lift the fog is better
That's the only upgrade I didn't buy yet, the last one. Get Sky Menace and some other important upgrades.

Well, the upgreades i'd tell you to buy first:
0: upgreades you really want AND THAT ARE CHEAP, the price is really important
1: cheaper trans I/trans ship capacity (costs only 2k)
2: air trans capacity I (6k)
3: Faster Infantry (MOST IMPORTANT UPGREADE EVER)
4: Cheaper infantry (pretty usefull)
5: air Trans Capacity II ( )
and from this point you'll be rank 6-7 and you'll probably know waht to buy

Don't buy stealth upgrade if you reset your sp you will get it for free. Its a bug that has not been fixed I think. I haven't unlocked stealth or helicopters but I still have them.
