Wasn't this fixed?

I think if i remember correctly that rangeglitch/bugg had something to do with the unit with 0.
Today in 3v3 I was 0.1 sec to late to move my unit and the next turn looked like this:



If you look on the left of marseille it has the unit 0?
Should I be worried that this rangeglitc etc is not fixed or?
