If I want to make a custom game like a Japan Shogun so other people can play it (By play I mean join and we battle)

How can I do that?

I click new game and I have no option to change the map!

Go to Map/Scenario, in right corner type what u re searching for, click on pic, in right corner green button start game, click on it, choose settings and gl
