Tribute

I thought it be cool were maybe a country has to pay tribute to a player to let them live

i mean not a bad idea.

were this player pays tribute so he doesn't die for x amount of turns or something

You can already do this. Peace them, send $XXX, etc.

I know cant make them do it i just thought it be a good idea.
