Missing a Clan chat (During a CW)

I am still missing a coalition chat during any game and also while I play games, I cannot post on global channel, it says I need to buy premium ?!?

Everytime I join to play any game.

While I am in Lobby, I have all needed Channels (including Coalition chat) and I can post on Global channel without any issue.

But after I join any game (when map is loaded), my Coalition chat option disappears from a Channel list and also I am not able to post anything on Global channel, an extra window shows up with message like 'You need to have Premium for advertising on Global channel'

I am on mobile atm, but I can show you a screenshot of that window after I come on laptop.

Its every time... same problem

Yeah those steps can only be made by mods.. not by users
