Where to get IF strategy?

I am a premium but I can not see the IF strategy in the upgrade list item, Why?
(I just want to check how much SP is needed for upgrade the IF strategy and I find that this strategy item does not listed in the upgrade list)

If I'm not wrong, you simply get it along with the premium features
