Thats a controversial 1 since the wall isnt in his territory. Id respect it purely to avoid drama but if someone didnt respect it you cant really complain...

Big wall is for noobs Wall was on neutral land. You can wf neutral land, but if the wall was supposed to protect a player city, it is generally respected.
