New upgrade idea

Carpet bombing, also known as saturation bombing, is a large aerial bombing done in a progressive manner to inflict damage in every part of a selected area of land. The phrase evokes the image of explosions completely covering an area, in the same way that a carpet covers a floor.
This upgrades will increase collateral on bombers

Yeah fair enough I suppose main use to make enemy cities useless. All it does is improve bombers though perhaps it needs a negative?

Increasing collateral? That would only affect cities' population

Yeah that is the whole point so they will less money and have less reinforcements for each country

And why would anyone buy such upgrade? It's not beneficial

I would like this upgrade. I don't know how population loss is determined with the values of collateral so if anyone would like to explain that to me please help ^_^

This upgrade is suitable for most maps from ww2 to world maps this upgrade isn't only about 1v1 or 3v3 even if it can benefit it

Agreed. If I use bombers to take a city, it's now useless in my hands and I'm in a weaker because of it, since I traded bombers that I won't be able to replace from that city. If anything NOT HURTING the population would be even better, but the damage isn't even that high to begin with.

An upgrade is something fixed and permanent, why would you want an upgrade that is useful only in a couple of situations?

Would be a good idea if it is an upgrade you can toggle from game to game basis

I still fail to see why do you consider this to be beneficial or suitable for any kind of game.

Carpet bombing is forbidden by international codifications and customary international laws since the late 70's ...launching such an attack in the knowledge that it will cause excessive loss of life and injury to civilians is a war crime.

Well admin should make toggle that let's you decide what upgrades you want on for a game.
And well this upgrade will help you in scenario games like ww2 but it wouldn't work in 3v3
