RESOLVED: Expanded barracks

I started a game a few days ago, and realised at the beginning I started with 100 reinforcements available. I wasn't sure if this was a bug or not, so carried on playing. Later I was talking to someone who also plays the game and said it was most likely a glitch, and that I should post it here, so I assumed this was the best place to display it.

You most likely joined late in a game. When you join in the later turns you get compensated with extra troops.
