What countries with RA?

Or is this strat useless.

RA needs decent starting funds and high income areas around it so countries like Poland and Ukraine can work with it

In 10k: Ukraine, Poland, Spain, Italy.
In 5k: Poland, serbia, anywhere in scandinavia or closer to it, anywhere in benelux or closer to it, ireland.
In 3k: Serbia.

Ra is good but you have to be relentless.

You forgot to count the defensive bonus inf has in walls and cities. Anyway, you'll usually find more useful to buy tanks, ofc. Buying a country with too many starting reinforcements will usually be a bad idea since those are usually expensive, you'll get many infantries and you'll also need a lot of money just on your first turn.

Actually the inf's city bonus is nerfed so tanks are the only you should buy really since it has higher crit and inf have a nerfed one and they both cost the same.
