Looking for RP Crew

I have noticed that there are a lot of noobs hosting and partaking in rp games.
Ive been involved in many rp games and roles. I am a first nations person.
It is not fair for every game to be European centralized.
I get booted from more then one groups game for wanting to be in north america.
When meanwhile its alright if its a European north american nation.
I am sick of the racism which is horrible saying as this is a video game.
Lets get a group together of regular rpers maybe around 10 players.
2 nations per Continental, All races all religions whole world map.
