I think that if you have a city on an allies country, you should be able to build units there. this would be useful in many situations
1)You attack the capital and a city, but so does your ally. he gets the cap and you get the city. Now your troops are damaged and you can't build reinforcements.
2)you have east Europe and your ally has west Europe. you guys are going for America, so you land in a neutral/0-defended ally city to regroup and coordinate your arriving troops.
3)Your ally is fighting an enemy and there are no neutral between them and they cannot risk leaving a city undefended, so you take a neutral city and produce units.
I hope you consider this idea, tell me if there is a problem you see.

This seems actually prettty good since it would make since for your ally to let you build units on his land, but somehow we would have to graph it so that it wouldnt take away from the whole country bonus of a country.

Perhaps it would take away a percentage of a bonus, like if you take one city out of four, they only get 3/4 of the bonuse

I always found it weird how it says that allies are "Foreign territory". I wanted to stop in France on the way to america and i was like "why can't I build here!"

Great idea but it sucks that the ally doesn't get full income to make it fair building units in ally countries should cost double

Double is a little high, maybe more weekly upkeep would make sense since they wouldn't get the benefits you could give them at home

I don't like this idea because it encourages being an asshole and taking your allies cities. Let your ally use the production.

Not taking an allies city, but taking a city in a country that your ally has the cap; Like they went through quickly and left some cities. Possibly you could require a special agreement button between allies

but im leval 9 and love this idea think of your eneimy ataking your allys cap or a city u help your ally and fight the guy off and have a city in your allies ountry u could build units there lol

This is a great idea. I also proposed this idea a few weeks ago but no one seemed to be interested. Anyways, I support. Hope this gets into the game

Yes but you both get full income from your cities, the player with the cap gets the city bonus if all are taken and can take the cities at any time they like, leaving the others units outside.

Well if you have an ally who is an asshole, he'd take the whole country instead of just a city. Had an ally do this to me in a game I played last night. expanded fast as turkey and rushed a germany and left all my cities and caps walled with little to no troops. Dick took almost all of the balkans and romainia. -.-
