What are you talking about? Search for the info yourself. Specially focus on the presence of superficial water and on the composition of the atmosphere and then tell me how do you imagine life in Mars. I'll tell you how it will be: closed inside a fucking shelter that will isolatte you from the air. And even if you want to go outside, you'd have time limit since you'd have to wear a special suit (not really comfortable) with a gas tank, what a joy right? Also, food and water would be major issues since there is no water supply out there in Mars, no animal would survive there and Mars' soil is poisonous. You'd basically depend on Earth's supply of resources.

If you'd be happy living like that, go ahead, I'm not gonna stop you

there is liquid water on mars its usually frozen but near the equator in the summer it can get over 32F
