I never understand this? Apparently in my country it's the same...

I highly doubt they get paid less based on what they have below. So what's happening? Is it their choices? Do they work overtime? Do they pick part time jobs more?

I'm not understanding it? If Women really do get paid less because they don't have penis,(or not) why doesn't everyone hire women? Or is their something else that's happening?

I believe its because of a history of matriarchy in the west. Think about it, women were prizes married off for securing political leverage within a kingdom, or if you were rich enough, with other foreign nations. Women have an even longer history of being viewed as only meant for domestic roles, and an even longer one of staying close to home and out of harms way (hunter-gatherer societies). When almost the entirety of history is going against women, its hard for men to accept them as equals. Science shows us that women do indeed think differently than men, but women actually have larger more "balanced" brains (meaning typically they are overall better at things requiring both sides of the brain) while men tend to be asymmetrical (favoring one side over the other). So yea it is bullshit that women dont make as much, if anything they should be considered a commodity in the workforce.

Granted... here in America at least we've taken things way too far. There are laws in place that require a certain percentage of women to be within your company, or else you have to pay a hefty tax. That's another rabbit trail for another day that I won't get into for now..... but in regards to salaries, I think America is quickly changing for the better in this regard, and I think within the next 20-30 years or so, women will begin to see equal salaries to men.

You dont need to ask an online forum game about these things, when you can just go online and do some research if you are as ''clueless'' as you make yourself to be in each thread.

People who argue there is a gender pay gap rely on specific statistics that support their claims, and ignore ones that don't. If you look at overall numbers... i.e. if you add up the salary of every man in a country and find the average, and do the same for every woman in a country, then yes you will often find men overall make more than women... but not for doing the same kinds of jobs.

If you want to know the truth, then you need to make an apples-to-apples comparison and look at how much men and women are paid for doing the same job. If you do, you will find the pay gap vanishes completely. In some cases, women actually make more than men.

Working in tech, I personally see this all the time. There are far more male programmers than female programmers in the world. Why this is and what to do about it are for another discussion, but suffice to say, silicon valley companies are desperate to hire women programmers for "balance". As a result, some women programmers make more than their male counterparts.

I have yet to find any job where men and women are paid substantially differently for the same work. Men and women police officers are paid exactly the same. Firefighters, doctors, lawyers, government bureaucrats, corporate executives... all the same.

So if men and women are paid the same for the same kind of work, why would the overall numbers show a gap? Because men and women, on average, don't choose the same kind of work. Yes there are men and women in every profession, but some jobs are done mostly by men and some jobs are done mostly by women. Again, whether that's good/bad or not is a different conversation, but it's a simple fact.

There are other reasons that women on average may make less. Some women choose to work only part time, in order to have more time to raise their kids. (Contrast that with men who work full time + overtime, because they aren't spending as much time at home with the kids.) Is this wrong? I don't think so, since nobody is forcing men or women to make these decisions. I'm simply saying, there are many reasons that contribute to differences in the overall numbers.
