If you guys said tie we would of tied. However you just called for us to leave the game, which I replied in. "We wont leave the game over one move" And the turn after nick didnt move hamburg. He emptied it also. Nick knew it was wrong, and he didnt even mean to do it. I cant even blame him being gone for awhile either, he simply wasnt thinking. You could of offered tie, we would of graciously accepted!

Some time ago a player wf'd (by accident) London and Paris with a naval trans, we told them obviously not to attack but the Spain who wf'd capped UK the next turn and thought that it was a legal move. IDK about you but obviously that is not gonna go on, but he actually refused for a few turns to say anything. This was in a CW. We (the ones that got fucked over) asked for a tie many times that I had to pr the people instead of talking in game chat, they finally responded and we tied.

I know you have been trying to put on a nice face recently clovis, but the few of us know how much of an asshole you can really be.

Thanks for the defense, though I've already PM'ed stryko. This is just a problem about ethics and Culture.

We agree that, at least in our cultures (which aren't that different), the person who commit the error is the one who should take the initiative. This is why I(not stryko), consider that evoL should had asked for tie, not ENIGMA.

We both agree that asking him for leave was rude from GOW. evoL offered to empty the city, but it changes so many things in the game to not have hamburg for 2 turns that it isn't really the best option. But this was more nice than asking someone to leave...

None of the clans asked for tie, so this is really their (both) fault.

and i was in a much better position then nick, if you ask me i think he did it since he knew he was going to lose, his expansion was shit, and so was mou's.

Too many variables to say 'but my plan was going to work', I definatley don't think this should give you a win though, a tie yes. If every time the game bugged out and favoured someone do we tie or give the unlucky peeps the win? No we dont. Granted this is user error, but its an etiquette rule broken, breaking of etiquette means tie imo.

He probably just went full retard and didn't pay attention to it while doing it. Trust me, it happens sometimes. I was in evoL and nick is definitely not the kind of player that would do that. I think I actually done this before, attacking a wallfucked city.
