The last article was really long so I will start with just that.

Palestinians living in Israel have the right to free speech, freedom of movement, and freedom of assembly. Israel doesn't have a control over Gaza besides a blockade that exists to prevent arms from reaching Hamas, a terrorist organization. The West Bank is not Israeli territory but is under military administration at this point.

I would like specific examples of people imprisoned without warrant.

Torture is a legitimate way of getting information from the enemy.

Again, I would like specific examples of searching houses without warrant.

Assassinations are a legitimate way of killing enemy soldiers and officers. For example, the assassination of the Hamas officer shortly before the November 2012 series of air strikes on Gaza was conducted because he was planning a terrorist attack and air striking is safer than sending in soldiers and risking soldier's lives.

All Palestinians with Israeli citizenship have the right to vote. Palestinians who live in Gaza or the West Bank are not Israeli citizens and don't have the right to vote for that reason. Their own governments, the PA and Hamas, should allow them to vote in their elections.

Israel controls Palestinian borders for the reason that they want to prevent arms from coming into the territories. After disengaging from Gaza, tons of arms flowed into Gaza from Egypt. The same could happen from Jordan. Israel has the right to security like any other nation.

Gaza is surrounded by Israel because they elected Hamas which launched rockets at Israel. Israel has every right to protect itself from Hamas rockets and seizing it is a legitimate method.

This article implies that the people of the West Bank have no voting rights whatsoever. They voted for Mahmoud Abbas to come to power. The PA is their governing body, Israel controls certain settlements.

This article lies about the status of Arabs in Israel. Arabs have the right to vote, hold office, free speech, etc. There are Arab parties which have been elected to Israeli parliament and are there today. Second class citizens do not hold positions in government.

The millions of Palestinians in other countries can't return for Israel's security. Having 5 million Palestinians return to Israel means the destruction of Israel and you know that. Hundreds of thousands of Jews left or were forced to leave Arab nations to goo to Israel in 1948 and Israel absorbed them into society. The Arabs have kept the Palestinians in terrible conditions to use as propaganda against Israel when they had over 60 years to integrate them into society. The situation these Palestinians had is the same as Jewish Arabs had, just Arabs forced them to live in refugee camps while Israel helped the Jewish Arabs become ordinary citizens.

Poverty: When Israel abandoned the Gaza Strip, they left behind tons of greenhouses for the Palestinians to start an economy on. These greenhouses made up a large amount of Israeli exports before disengagement. The Gazans, instead of using them, destroyed and looted them. This is why they have such high unemployment. They didn't take the economy they had and worked to make it work, they destroyed it and now cry about unemployment and poverty when it is their own fault. Israel does not need to help people who refuse help. Many settler communities have factories that hire Palestinians such as SodaStream, but these get boycotted by BDS and others which contributes to Palestinian unemployment.

Palestinians in Israel living in poverty is not because of Israel oppressing them. They have the same right to employment as everyone else. It is not the governments job to make a quota on how many Palestinians have to be hired by Israeli firms. Companies can hire whoever they want. Racism exists, I admit that, but living in a country which has been constantly threatened by Arabs for 65 years, can you blame them?

I want to know what the article means by "investment" in education.

Denying Palestinians to private universities is the choice of private universities, the government should not force them to do anything.

It is known that missiles have been shot from Palestinian schools at Israeli civilian targets. This is a legitimate reason to close down schools. Remember that schools also get threatened in places like Ashkelon.

Settlements are currently permitted in the West Bank by the Oslo Accords.

I will admit that Israel has problems with their legal system where settlers and rogue soldiers are not punished which I wish they would fix.

The PA should build roads for Palestinians the Israeli government doesn't need to.

Palestinians living in Israel have Israeli citizenship. This article even says so numerous times. Israel has the right to allow or disallow any immigrants they want. They want to keep their society majority Jewish. 5 Million Palestinian immigrants will not do that.

Article 49 refers to deportation as forced. Israeli settlers are not forced to go to the West Bank.

Land ownership doesn't need to be equal for any reason. Israel is a somewhat capitalist society, some people own more land than others.

Many Jews were forced to leave the West Bank when Jordan occupied it in 1948. They didn't compensate. Hundreds of thousands of Jews were not compensated after being forced to leave Arab lands. Similarly, Israel shouldn't have to compensate the Palestinians who left. The Arab states should have done that. I never hear people complaining about Arab apartheid.

The security wall had everything to do with security, it was just poorly built. Suicide bombings went down by a ton after the security wall was built. I agree that the wall should be rebuilt.

Gaza is controlled by a terrorist group, what do you want Israel to do? Hamas shoots rockets at Israel regularly. Israel has every right to protect itself, just as any other state does.

Israel didn't betray South Africa, Jews did. Israel was friendly with South Africa as long as they could be without bringing attention to themselves. The Jews in South Africa and the leftist Jews of the United States and Europe were the ones who betrayed South Africa.
