Support, Also anyone should be able to spectate in beginners games

Intermediate room - Ranks 4-6/7

I think we should first disallow high ranks from entering beginners, I tried making this evident awhile back: here
It kinda contradicts the point of beginners room in the first place if people not classified as a beginner can play there

Ivan said it was supposed to work that way, so it was never overturned as far as I know
