"Fill" and "Default commands for player dashboard covers.

I find myself making exact measurements of the default cover when making my own custom covers, only for the site to resize and center the damn thing. With a fill command, it would stretch the cover to fit the cover area, and with a default command, it places the cover as-is from the top-left corner across.
