RESOLVED: Can't see Curitiba (South Brazil)'s troops

The star icon in Curitiba is blocking the circle layer which shows how many troops are in that city. Instead of a star with a circle inside it, only a start is visible. I think this is happening to some cities somewhere in Nothern Canada or USA.
