(Intended) Updates 4/1/2019

There were supposed to be a number of game updates for today, however Unknown Gamer has made a return and stripped me of my adminship. Dave and I are currently working on a solution.
The intended updates are-
The promotion of Waffel, Mauzer Panteri, and xBugs to modship
The return of Insurrection
The replacement of Relentless Attack with Tank General
Cutting the number of Supporters in half
And a few more secret tweaks
This will all be implemented when things go back to normal. Thank you for your patience.
