Reinforcements system

Does the World Map need changes to the amount of reinforcements countries and cities receive, to balance the map and smaller continents would be more interesting to play?

Yes, this is something that's being looked at and we will have an update for you in the future.

It needs to be updated by gameplay balance. Real world accuracy does not work on atwar. The real world is niether fair or forgiving. If you where to actually attempt to make the world map emulate our real world, then the income, and production disparity among the continents would be even worse then it already is, causing a less friendly and varied map across its entire choosable area.

Question: I have been doing a view Duels between France and Turkey, and I always receive reinforcements on first turn regardless of country I choose, but my opponent has only received reinforcements on first turn about 1/3 of the time. Can someone help me understand this??

When you play on casuals, you don't get reinfs if you join from t1 (you and the enemy have to join at the same time, and play at the same time for t1)

My opponent starts on turn one also, but only receives reinforcements about the third of the time in a duel.
